Musings...

Over the years, people often ask me what I call the type of work that I do. They throw out terms they have heard in the past, such as Reiki, or cranial sacral therapy, and the like. I used to tell them that it is just my healing technique, a combination of my years of practice and study, for lack of a better descriptor. But, one day while in the middle of a session, the words for the process came to me. The way I work is to heal people by moving through their energy field via the path of least resistance. My hands are guided to the places where their energy is blocked, and, like the grain in a piece of wood, I follow the path that allows the individual to release the negative energy that has been held in his or her space. As an energy gets unblocked, the individual returns to his or her natural state of balance. This state is also one of pure joy. Being in this state should be the path of least resistance for any sentient being. Oftentimes, when we find our space is filled with negative energy, we mistakenly move towards an addictive action or thought that actually takes more energy than the one towards compassion and self acceptance. Thus, while it may seem like facing our demons and ghosts would make us resist moving toward the pain, it is that very movement through the fears and illusions that give us ultimate peace and happiness. As a result of these observations, I have been drawn to describe what I do as the P.O.L.a.R. movement* © energy healing technique, as it truly is the path of least resistance. I use this technique both in hands on sessions, and in phone consultations. The technique is a gentle process. Change towards happiness begins immediately from the first session. Subsequent sessions merely move one toward a refinement of ones essence. Sessions also build on prior ones. There is no limit as to how happy one wants to be.
